Since graduating out of the Jack & Jill Family, Aaron has focused on academics at Cornell University with the intent to double major in Psychology and Sociology and minor in Spanish. Furthermore, he was accepted into BlackGen Capital, the only hedge fund organization on campus run entirely by under-represented minorities. This organization aims to educate minorities so that we will be qualified to work within the finance sector and counteract the barriers of entry we face in this industry. Additionally, BlackGen Capital maintains firm values in philanthropy and community service. Consequently, Aaron plans to pursue leadership positions within this organization among others, such as Black Students United and community service organizations. Aaron is a J&J graduate of the Western Cook County Chapter.

Kendall Beache is a Senior majoring in Computer Science (CS) at Stanford University. Since her arrival on campus, Kendall has continuously made a great impact on increasing STEM opportunities for Black pre-collegiate and undergraduate students within the San Francisco Bay Area. As President of Black in Computer Science at Stanford and former President of Black Youth Teams Engineering Success (BYTES), Kendall has secured funding and mentors for student research projects, implemented tutoring programs for intro CS classes, and hosted technical workshops in 3D printing, VR programming, robotics, and much more! When she is not in class or teaching other students, you can catch her on the field as a Stanford University Cheerleader. Kendall has truly enjoyed her time in undergrad and plans on continuing her education at Stanford to receive a Master's in Computer Science and her MBA.

Edward Cotton, V is a freshman, biology major at the illustrious Tuskegee University. He is a Merit Scholar and is involved in the Underclassmen Leadership Academy, Minority Association of Pre-Health Students, Freshman Royal Court, and the Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation on campus. Edward’s passions include giving back to the community through community service, networking, and connecting with his peers. Edward is a J&J alum of the Ypsilanti Chapter.

Since graduating out of Jack and Jill in May 2020, Noah has started school at DePaul University where he is studying animation with a minor in marketing. Noah is also a member of Depaul's EDGE program which is a scholarship program that takes first year students and places them within different offices within the school. He is on the OMSS (Office of Multicultural Student Success) team. When he is not working on his studies, you will find him working on his Patreon (https://www.patreon.com/NoahLaramore) page to showcase his art. Noah also got to vote in his first election recently.

Kira Jones is a sophomore at The Ohio State University majoring in Environmental Policy on a pre-law track. Since serving as the Midwest Regional Teen Foundation chair, she has worked with multiple organizations to increase student engagement in local politics, promote social justice on campus, advocate for environmentally sustainable policies, and contribute to the empowerment of women across the state of Ohio. Kira is a Morrill Scholar and provides mentorship as an MSP student leader. She is a member of the Undergraduate Student Government and is the elected senatorial representative for the College of Food, Agriculture, and Environmental Sciences. Kira is an intern for the Ohio Women’s Alliance, a consultant for the Gen Z marketing agency JUV, a volunteer for the Michigan Democratic Party, promotes menstrual equity as a member of Period at OSU, and is an active member of Ohio State’s Black Student Association. Kira has also been featured in the New York Times to discuss her work as a student activist and the importance of young Black women running for political offices. Kir is a J&J alum of the Ysiplanti Chapter.

Kellen Love is a senior at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH, where he studies government and French and plays football. Since graduating from the Western Cook County chapter of Jack and Jill, he has crossed the Theta Zeta chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and serves currently as the chapter president. He has studied abroad in Paris, interned with a startup geoconsulting firm in Washington, DC, was a member of Dartmouth's Ivy League Championship team in 2019, served on executive boards of Dartmouth's NPHC and Afro-American Society, worked in the French and Italian department, and interned virtually with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he will start his investment banking career in New York in July 2021.

Dr. Taft Parsons joined Humana in April 2018 as the Health Care Services and Enterprise Physician Behavioral Health Leader. He has been the Psychiatric leadership behind Humana’s integration of physical and behavioral health. Immediately prior to joining Humana, Dr. Parsons served as Chief Medical Officer at Molina Healthcare of Michigan, where he oversaw the health plan’s clinical operations. Board certified in Psychiatry, Dr. Parsons received his medical degree from Medical College of Wisconsin. He is a proud alumnus of Morehouse College, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Dr. Taft currently resides in metro Detroit with his wife and 3 children. He enjoys soccer, art collecting and sneaking in the occasional date night with his wife.

Kip Bordelon is the Founder and Director of Operations at The Picardy Group, a Chicago-based consulting company. He established the business in an effort to work closely with companies and organizations, both public and private, to promote and encourage diversity and multiculturalism. His passion for diversity was cemented more than 25 years ago when he arrived in Groton, Massachusetts on the campus of Lawrence Academy, an independent boarding school, from the South Side of Chicago.
After completing 4 years at Lawrence Academy, Mr. Bordelon returned home to attend the University of Illinois at Chicago for both undergraduate and graduate school. There, he studied civil rights, civil liberties, Constitutional Law, and politics and earned a master’s degree in public policy with an emphasis on urban economic and community development.
A self-described “unapologetic and stubborn” fan of 90’s R&B and Hip-Hop music, Mr. Bordelon is a professional basketball junkie and lives in Chicago with his 13-year-old son, Asa, who is Kip’s “heartbeat and hero.” Please join me in welcoming back to the Teen Area Workday Cluster Mr. Kip Bordelon.

Ms. Marsh has been in business for the last two years and has grown her product line from just three products to over 60. She is also a preschool teacher and has been cultivating young minds for 6 years. Ms. Marsh has also written her first children’s book Ali Panali which promotes self-love and acceptance and is currently in the process of being published. Creating is always at the core of everything Ms. Marsh does. She loves using her hands and mind to create things that will be of service to others.
