Ashley McGowan is a Global Business Equity Leader and Global Business Marketing Executive with Facebook/Instagram. She has over 12 years of experience building and managing key relationships, driving organizational collaboration and developing creative solutions to complex problems. She also strategically guides 25 Global Diversity and Inclusion practitioners towards the elimination of harmful bias in the advertising industry.
