Registration is open 4/15 at 10:00am ET for:
- Delegates
- Alternates
- Regional Executive Boards (Elected)
- Other Designated National Convention and National Committee Chairs (to be shared prior to registration opening)
Registration will close at 11:59pm PT on 4/17.
April 18, 2024
General Regsitration is open 4/18 at 9:00pm ET and closes May 17, 2024 at 11:59pm ET, or until it reaches capacity, whichever comes first.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
• ALL PAYMENTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED via credit card (directly to the conference registration site). All payment is due at the time of registration. There is no on-site registration for the National Convention and no substitutions will be offered on-site at the National Convention. There are no refunds for any aspect of the National Convention registration regardless of the circumstances.
• If you have registered but are unable to attend, you may substitute another member from your region at no additional charge if completed by June 15, 2024. Please send written notification of your substitution to the Registration Vendor at support@viprllc.com by completing the Attendee Substitution Form. Neither the vendor nor your region will help to facilitate the exchange of money from one member to another.
• If you need to cancel, please email the notice of cancellation to the Registration Vendor (support@viprllc.com) no later than June 15, 2024.
1 in 4 REQUIREMENT
• In order to receive credit for the 1 in 4 requirement, Mothers, Delegates and Alternates must attend a minimum of 2 Plenary Sessions. Check in will be via Digital Cheetah and the App.
New Members (Installed 2024) Only: This event will not count towards meeting the 1 in 4 requirement
