Below are frequently asked questions related to the event, payment and refunds.
What is included with the price of registration?
Registration costs $250 and includes the general sessions and workshops.
How many workshops can I attend?
Four rounds of workshops will be offered during which you may select one of your choosing. If after registering you change your mind, you may send an email to email@example.com with your name and the workshop you would like to change to. All update requests must be made no later than October 24, 2021.
Can I pay by chapter check?
Payment is by credit card only.
How will I receive 1 in 4 credit?
Members must attend a general session and 3 workshops (1 in each time slot). In order to receive 1 in 4 credit, you will need to sign in with the registration table before the opening session.
What is the refund policy?
Cancellations or changes in registration must be approved by October 24, 2021. ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $75 CANCELLATION FEE.
If you are seeking a refund, email the notice of cancellation to Regional Director Watson (RegionalDirector@jjmidwesternregion.org) and Regional Secretary Miree-Coppin (Secretary@jjmidwesternregion.org) by October 24, 2021 at 11:59pm (EST). No refunds will be given for cancellations emailed after that date and time. Refunds will be processed no sooner than 45 days after the close of the conference.
If I cannot attend, can another mother take my place?
If you have registered but are unable to attend, you may substitute another member from your chapter at no additional charge if completed by October 24, 2021 at 11:59pm (EST). Please send written notification of your substitution to the Registration Vendor at firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy to Registration Chair Creshuna Cade at email@example.com.
When requesting the substitution please provide all of the necessary registration information that must be updated. Neither the vendor nor the MWR will help to facilitate the exchange of money from one member to another.
When is the last day to register?
Registration is open until October 24, 2021 at 11:59pm (EST)
How do I change the workshop selections made during registration?
To make any changes to your selections, send a detailed email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a reply that the change has been made to your registration record. Changes will be accepted until October 24, 2021.
