Below are frequently asked questions related to the event, payment and refunds.

What is included with the price of registration?

Registration costs $300 for Mothers, $300 for Associates and includes the general sessions and workshops.  Fathers registration is $200 and Teens are $150. 

How many workshops can I attend?

There are only three rounds of workshops offered on Saturday, and you may select one of your choice. The Friday session is reserved for Chapter Officers. If you wish to change your workshop after registering, please email registration@viprllc.com with your name and the workshop you would like to switch to.

Can I pay by chapter check? 

Payment is by credit card only unless you are a Chapter President or Chapter Teen President. Chapters can select chapter invoicing that will be paid via bank transfer only. Chapter check payment will not be accepted.

How does my Chapter Treasurer send my payment by check?
Send your treasurer a copy of your invoice. Payment by bank draft is sent to the Region. If you have questions, please contact Regional Treasurer Jennifer Jackson at scrjenniferjackson@gmail.com. Payment must be received by September 20, 2025.

How will I receive 1 in 4 credit?

To earn the 1 and 4 Conference credit, each registrant must sign in individually with RS Dionne Williams or a member of the registration team. Credit is earned through participation in qualifying events, which include the General Sessions (Opening Breakfast, RISE Luncheon, and Host Night) as well as the R.I.S.E. breakout sessions. To meet the requirement, attendees must participate in at least two General Sessions and three R.I.S.E. Sessions.

What is the refund policy?

Registration is non-refundable. 

If I cannot attend, can another mother take my place?

Substitutions are not allowed.  

When is the last day to register?

Registration is open until September 15, 2025 at 11:59pm CST. 

How do I change the workshop selections made during registration?

To make any changes to your selections, send a detailed email to registration@viprllc.com. You will receive a reply that the change has been made to your registration record. Changes will be accepted until September 20, 2025.

How do I reserve a hotel room at the group rate?
After completing your registration, the link to the JJOA group rate for the three hotel options will be in your confirmation email. In order to receive the rate, the room must be reserved between September 10th-18th, 2025 depending on the hotel chosen.  For more details, go to Hotel Accommodations
