Greetings Mighty Mid-Western Region!

I am Richard Chandler and I would like to welcome you to the 2021 Teen Leadership Conference.  Even though we are not meeting in person, this will be an awesome virtual experience with many fun filled activities.

The Regional Teen Leadership Board and I have worked extremely hard to make sure this conference is the best one ever.  I would like to thank all the mothers and teens who helped us make this conference memorable for everyone, especially our Regional Executive Board, Teen Leadership Development Chairs, Committee Co-Chairs, and the Regional Technology Team.

This year's conference theme is "Black Excellence:  The New Gold Standard."  This theme fits the times in which we have faced.  We have planned many things to incorporate this theme and keep you engaged during this weekend. I challenge you to learn everything you can this weekend.
