The Wednesday evening welcome Reception is included for all registrants and their family members.
Mother member registration includes the registration packet and courtesy gift, the Associates bridging over ceremony, the Closing Gala, all Plenaries and Mother's workshops.
Associate registration includes the registration packet and courtesy gift, the Associates bridging over ceremony, the Closing Gala, all Associate's workshops including the Associates' Tequila tasting. (Please note that the Associates' Tequila Tasting and the Fathers' Tequila tasting are two unique and different events.)
Father's registration includes the Father's Tequila Tasting and Cigar Making. Please note, an a la carte ticket to the Closing Gala is required to be purchased for the Father if he will be in attendance at the Closing Gala. (Please note that the Associates' Tequila Tasting and the Fathers' Tequila tasting are two unique and different events.)
There is not a registration for children/teens, but they are very much welcome at this family event. Reservations at Hotel Ziva Resort include access to a complimentary Kids' Club and Teen's Club. For additional activities that are available for purchase separately, please see the Excursion information on this registration site. Please note, an a la carte ticket to the Closing Gala is required to be purchased separately for each child and/or teen that plans to be in attendance at the Closing Gala.
No, all payments are by credit card/debit card only on the registration site. If the chapter is covering your registration, submit your invoice to the Chapter Treasurer for reimbursement per your chapter policies.
We understand that circumstances may change, however, there are no refunds.

Kids' Club and Teen's Club are included for Guests of Hotel Ziva Resort. Please note, an a la carte ticket to the Closing Gala is required to be purchased separately for each child and/or teen that plans to be in attendance at the Closing Gala.

The Hotel Ziva is all-inclusive. All rooms are Ocean View at the following per person rates:
Single Occupancy: $477
Double Occupancy Adults: $265
Third Person: $142
Children (age 3-12) $120
• Guest Room Rates are in US Dollars, per person, per night, all-inclusive and based on listed occupancy.
•Guest Room Rates include all applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities. Taxes are subject to change according to government regulations. Should the tax change between the execution of this Agreement and the Event Dates, the Guest Room Rate will be changed to reflect the new tax rate.
• Maximum capacity in a guest’s rooms is two (2) adults and two (2) children under 12 years of age or three (3) adults and one (1) child under 12 years of age based on existing bedding. Extra beds and cribs are subject to availability.
• The following criteria applies for group attendees traveling with children: - Children 0 to 35 months old are free when accompanied in the same room by one or more adults. - Children 3 years up to 12 years old are subject to the charge as described on the rate grid above. - Children over 12 years old are charged at the 3rd person adult price described on the rate grid above.

The last day to register is Monday, May 8, 2023 at 5:00 pm PDT, subject to availability.
If you have registered but are unable to attend, you may substitute another member from your chapter at no additional charge if completed by May 31st at 11:59PM (PDT)/10:59PM (AKDT). Please send written notification of your substitution to support@viprllc.com. All monetary transactions must be between the two mothers and will not be facilitated through the registration site or the Far West Region.
Yes. The Mexican government requires that the expiration date covers the last date of travel.
Yes, there will be attire requirements, but currently they are still TBD. Please check back after registration closes for the attire requirements.
