March 1, 2026 8:00pm ET - March 2, 2026 11:59pm ET Graduating Senior Registration Opens

March 3, 2026  8:00pm ET - March 5, 2026 11:59pm ET Room Captain Registraion Open 

•  A Room Captain is the one person who will register on 3/3-3/5 to secure the room and list the names of their roommates
• The Room Captain will receive a confirmation number to share with the roommates
• A Chaperone or a Teen can be the Room Captain
• If a Chaperone is in a Single, she is the Room Captain and should register
• Registration is open until 3/5                                       

March 6, 2026 - 8:00pm ET - March 8, 2026 11:59pm ET Confirmation Number Registration

• Roommates listed by the Room Captain

 

CHAPTER
Select Roommates and Determine the Room Captain. This is for Teens and/or Chaperones

LTS

• Compile rooming list and confirm all teens have a roommate and that you meet the 1 to 5 ratio. Double check that a teen is not listed in multiple rooms
• Submit Chapter Intent Form by February 12, 2026

ROOM CAPTAIN
REGISTRATION DAY

The Captain will register and list the name(s) of roommate(s). You will receive a confirmation number that you need to share with those listed as roommates.

CONFIRMATION NUMBER REGISTRATION

• Those listed as a roommate need to enter the confirmation number received by the Room Captain.
• This process assures you that as long as the roommate registers during the appropriate designated window, a room is reserved for listed roommates who confirm registration on the Confirmation Number Day.

ADVISE LTA

• Mothers should inform the Lead Teen Advisor when the registration process is completed and provide a copy of the medical insurance card to the LTA in case of emergency. 
• Remember the hotel room is included with each registration. Each valid registration will receive a confirmation email.
