The 2026 Southeastern Region Teen Conference Chapter Intent Form
June 17 - 21, 2026

To assist with planning for rooms and ensuring the 1:5 chaperone to teen ratio is met, we are asking each chapter to complete the SER TLC Chapter intent form for those who have an interest in attending. 

Before completing the form, LTA's should have worked with the mothers to determine roommates for double, triple and quad occupancy. The chapter then needs to assess there are enough chaperones.

Note that completion of the form is NOT a guarantee of registration. The form will be reviewed and the chapter LTS will be advised between 2/17-2/22 of the final number of rooms available to the chapter.

Regitsration is first come, first serve. Graduating Senior Registration will open March 1, 2026. 

This form will close on February 12, 2026 at 11:59pm ET.
 

• It is the responsibility of the Chapter President or Lead Teen Advisor to ensure that the 1 to 5 ratio is met.
• The form will be used to determine the total number of rooms and total attendees allotted to the chapter. 
• The Chapter President or Lead Teen Advisor are to complete the form and submit. 
• Do not include non-chaperone mother members in the chapter count
