Due to limited registration space and hotel rooms, as well as the need for chaperone coverage, the goal of the intent form is to have chapters manage this process to select chaperones and to start the roommate selection process.  Chapters will need to determine who is able and committed to attend and who will room together.  It will also give the planners an indication of attendance.

Submission of the form does not guarantee a registration for any individual or chapter on the form, nor does it commit anyone on the form to register. Each chapter will be notified of their final alottment between February 17 - February 22nd.

The Chapter President and/or LTA should work with mothers and teens to determine those who want to attend as well as ensure there is adequate chaperone coverage. Once complete, enter the total count for teens, graduating seniors and chaperone for the chapter online no later than February 12, 2026. If needed, neighboring chapters can work together for chaperone coverage.
