This year we have partnered with NAMI of Greater Orlando and the Mental Health Association of Central Florida in order to provide an “inspirational” service project to benefit the University Behavioral Center in Orlando, FL. University Behavioral Center is an inpatient mental health facility with 32 child and adolescent beds, as well as 80 adult beds which provides and array of mental health services for their patients. A few of them include acute psychiatric care, expressive therapy utilizing the arts, music, and movement, as well as substance abuse and programs for active military and veterans. Their goal is to enable each individual who enters their care to improve their overall quality of life in a comfortable, secure environment.
