The Hotel will offer special group rates until Thursday, September 17, 2026.

 

When reservations are made, the hotel will require a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night for each reservation. Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival.

Room Rates quoted are subject to:

 2% Arlington Tourism PID (ATPID) Fee

1% Facility Fee

 District Fee of $1.90 per night

6% State Occupancy Tax

9% City Occupancy Tax

and a total room tax of 18% plus $1.90 per night
