All rooms are $219/night irrespective of the occupancy.  All King, Queen and Suites are all priced at the same $219/night rate for single, double, triple or quad occupancy. The Hotel will offer special group rates until Tuesday, May 26, 2026.  The hotel cancellation policy is by 11:59 PM CST 3 days prior to arrival or pay one (1) night room & tax fee.

Total room tax of 16.75% plus $3.00 per room per night: 

State Sales Tax: 10.00%
Local Sales Tax: 5.00%
City Tourism Assessment: 1.75%
Hotel Occupancy Tax: $3.00 per room per night

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Group luggage storage will be made available upon arrival and checkout. The hotel booking link will be provided after all chapters have submitted rooming lists to include registered teens and chaperones to ensure adequate capacity.
