Frequently Asked Questions

Below are frequently asked questions related to the event, payment and refunds.

What is included with the price of registration?

Registration costs $265 for Mothers, $225 for Provisional Groups, $225 for Associates and includes the general sessions and workshops.  Fathers registration is $175 and Teens are $125.

How many workshops can I attend?

Three rounds of workshops will be offered during which you may select one of your choosing.  If after registering you change your mind, send an email to with your name and the workshop you would like to change to.

Can I pay by chapter check? 

Payment is by credit card only unless you are a Chapter President, Chapter Teen President, or a New Mother initiated in 2023, if the AWD fee was included in membership intake fees.

How does my Chapter Treasurer send my payment by check?
Send your treasurer a copy of your invoice. Payment by chapter check is mailed to Regional Treasurer Jennifer Jackson, 15 Blue Mesa Ct., The Woodlands, Texas 77389. The check must be received by September 20, 2023.

How will I receive 1 in 4 credit?

Members must attend a general session and two (2) Training sessions.  Your participation will be checked through Digital Cheetah and/or scanning of badges. Each registrant must sign in individually by 9:00 AM Saturday, October 14, 2023.

What is the refund policy?

Registration is non-refundable. 

If I cannot attend, can another mother take my place?

Substitutions are not allowed.  

When is the last day to register?

Registration is open until September 16, 2023 at 11:59pm CST. 

How do I change the workshop selections made during registration?

To make any changes to your selections, send a detailed email to You will receive a reply that the change has been made to your registration record. Changes will be accepted until September 20, 2023.
