Frequently Asked Questions

Below are frequently asked questions related to the event, payment and refunds.

What is included with the price of registration?

Registration costs $250 for Mothers and $225 for Associates and includes the general sessions and workshops.  

How many workshops can I attend?

Three rounds of workshops will be offered during which you may select one of your choosing.  If after registering you change your mind, send an email to support@viprllc.com with your name and the workshop you would like to change to.

Can I pay by chapter check? 

Payment is by credit card only unless you are a Chapter President or a New Mother, if the AWD fee was included in membership intake fees.

How will I receive 1 in 4 credit?

Members must attend a general session and 2 Training sessions.  Your participation will be checked through Digital Cheetah and/or scanning of badges. 

What is the refund policy?

Registration is non-refundable. 

If I cannot attend, can another mother take my place?

Substitutions are not allowed.  

When is the last day to register?

Registration is open until September 15, 2022 at 11:59pm CST. 

How do I change the workshop selections made during registration?

To make any changes to your selections, send a detailed email to support@viprllc.com. You will receive a reply that the change has been made to your registration record. Changes will be accepted until September 20, 2022.
