The 2025 On the Hill Legislative Summit is September 19 - 22, 2025 at the Grand Hyatt Washington, DC.
PLEASE READ IMPORTANT REGISTRATION NOTES
If your Chapter President or Lead Teen Sponsor received an email with the chapter allotment, and you are a Room Captain, please complete your OTH registration by clicking the Complete Registration link below.
Before completing the form, please take a moment to review the FAQ page for the cancellation policy, important information and pricing.
Important Registration Notes:
- All individuals in a hotel room must be registered as a teen or chaperone.
- Double occupancy = 2 registered attendees
- Triple occupancy = 3 registered attendees
- Quad occupancy = 4 registered attendees
- Single occupancy is reserved for chaperones only
- Any non-chaperone mother members traveling to Washington, DC, must secure hotel accommodations outside of the JJOA room block.
- While your chapter has an allotment, registration is first come, first served beginning June 8 at 8:00 PM EST. The allotment indicates the maximum number who may attend from your chapter but does not guarantee space if registration reaches full capacity.
- We are using a Room Captain system. Only one person per room should register initially. This person will list all roommates and receive a confirmation number, which the roommates will use to complete their registration June 13-18.
- If you are in a Single, you are your Room Captain and should register starting June 8th.
- If all listed roommates do not register by June 18 at 11:59 PM EST, the room will be re-categorized based on how many people have registered, and additional costs may apply. If more chaperone and/or teens register than your chapter's allotment allows, those registrations will be cancelled based on the time stamp of the registration completion.
- If any members from your chapter are waitlisted, they will be contacted should space become available.
Thank you for your cooperation and commitment as we work to make this year’s On the Hill Summit a meaningful and impactful experience for our teens.
