Are you ready for the capstone experience of our beloved organization? The momentum is building, and we cannot wait to welcome you to the 72nd Annual Mid-Western Teen Leadership Conference. We will be back on the beautiful campus of Loyola University in Chicago, June 18-21, 2026. We extend heartfelt gratitude to our fabulous Regional Teen Leaders, Regional Team members, and our hosts, the IL North Center of Excellence (COE), for their unwavering dedication to making sure this conference is a huge success.

Our Theme: "Resilience and Revival Exploring the Legacy and Future of Black Communities" is a wonderful reminder that our legacy is not just survival, it’s brilliance, resistance, creativity, and love passed hand to hand. We honor the shoulders we stand on by how boldly we imagine what comes next. The future of our communities is not something that we wait for; it is something we build together with intention, courage, and love.

If this is your first Teen Leadership Conference, you are in for a very special treat. If this is the finale of your journey in Jack and Jill, we hope that you will savor every moment and cherish these memories for years to come. We encourage you to engage with teens and mothers outside your chapter, participate in unique hands-on service opportunities, workshops, and, of course, enjoy the step, skit, and oratorical competitors.

Dear Teens of the Mighty Midwestern Region!

Welcome to the Jack and Jill of America Inc. Mid Western Region 72nd Teen Leadership Conference! This year is going to be unforgettable with a week of excitement, leadership, and service. This conference will be held at THE Loyola Chicago University.

Our 2026 Conference theme, Resilience and Revival: Exploring the Legacy and Future of Black Communities, invites us to reflect on where we come from while also stepping into where we are going. It honors the strength, creativity, and perseverance that have sustained Black communities for generations, and it tasks us with carrying that legacy forward.

Throughout the week, you’ll engage in dynamic workshops, meaningful service, and create connections that will last a lifetime. Whether this is your first TLC, your Last, or somewhere in the middle, this space is for you to grow, to be inspired, to be heard, and to lead.

I can not wait to welcome you to Chicago and share this experience with you all. Thank you for your constant service to our region, the work we do can not be done without all of your support.
