Dear Mighty-Midwestern Region,

Welcome! I am thrilled to invite you to the 2025 Area Work Day Clusters in St. Charles, Missouri  (October 31 - November 1), and Grand Rapids, Michigan (November 13 - 14)  a time for connection, growth, and celebration across our incredible Mid-Western Region.

This year, we gather under the powerful theme: “The Power of Love, Leadership, and a Legacy of Service.”

This theme reflects the heart of who we are as mothers, leaders, and advocates. It speaks to the love we pour into our families and communities, the leadership we nurture in ourselves and our children, and the legacy of service we are building together.

On behalf of myself and my amazing Regional Executive Board sisters, we are excited to welcome you to this year’s Area Work Day experience. We are especially looking forward to giving back to our host communities in a meaningful ways through our community service project. It’s a beautiful opportunity to show the power of Jack and Jill in action.

We’re also incredibly proud to spotlight our talented Regional Teen Officers, who will be leading many workshops, and watch the talented teens who will showcase their voices and leadership through oratorical presentations. Their courage, brilliance, and advocacy are a true reflection of the legacy we are building.

Greetings Mighty Midwestern Region Teens,

I am Douglas Taylor, and on behalf of the Regional Teen Officers and every Regional Teen Leader, I am thrilled to welcome you to Area Workday 2025!

This weekend will be packed with fun, engaging, and inspiring experiences — from teen parties and workshops to Straight Talk and community service. AWD is our chance to connect with teens across our clusters, strengthen friendships, and prepare for the incredible moments ahead at The Legacy and Teen Leadership Conference. I can not wait for you all to show up and perform at the talent and oratorical competition, and more.

Our theme for AWD is “The Power of Love, Leadership and a Legacy of Service.” There’s no better space than AWD to dive into this theme together, celebrate who we are, and imagine where we’re going.
