Below are frequently asked questions related to the event, payment and refunds.
 
What is included with the price of registration?
Registration costs $150 and includes the general sessions and workshops.
 
How many workshops can I attend?
Three rounds of workshops will be offered during which you may select one of your choosing.  If after registering you change your mind, you may come back to the site, click Register, and select "Modify Your Registration" or send an email to support@viprllc.com with your name and the workshop you would like to change to.
 
Can I pay by chapter check? 
Payment is by credit card only unless you are a Mother initiated in 2020, first time AWD attendee, or serving as your Chapter's Representative. If there are any questions about this, please reach out to your Chapter President.         
 
How will I receive 1 in 4 credit?
Members must attend a general session and 3 workshops (1 in each time slot). Each of these components is necessary. In order to track your attendance, you must sign in to the virtual platform and click the session you registered for and attend.  Your participation will be automatically time-stamped through the technology platform.  Please make sure you have access to a secure internet connection (or hotspot) before you log on for the sessions and workshops.
 
What is the refund policy?
Cancellations or changes in registration must be approved prior to arrival at the Area Work Day Conference.  ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $75 CANCELLATION FEE.  
 

If you are seeking a refund, email the notice of cancellation to Regional Secretary Miree-Coppin (mwjjrsmireecoppin@gmail.com) with copy to Regional Director Watson (mwjjrdwatson@gmail.com) no later than October 3, 2020, 2020 at 9:00am.  No refunds will be given for cancellations emailed after that date and time.  There is a $75 cancellation fee per registrant.

Refunds will be processed no sooner than 45 days after the close of the conference.  There will be no refunds approved for any reason 60 days after the conference has closed.
 

If I cannot attend, can another mother take my place?
If you have registered but are unable to attend, you may substitute another member from your chapter at no additional charge if completed by October 10, 2020 at 9:00am.  Please send written notification of your substitution to support@viprllc.com with a copy to Regional Secretary Miree-Coppin (mwjjrsmireecoppin@gmail.com) and all parties involved.   All monetary transactions must be between the two mothers and will not be facilitated through the registration site or MWR.

 

When is the last day to register?
Registration is open until October 3, 2020 at 11:59pm EDT. 
 
How do I change the workshop selections made during registration?

To make any changes to your selections, send a detailed email to support@viprllc.com. You will receive a reply that the change has been made to your registration record. Changes will be accepted until October 10, 2020.

How will I access the sessions on October 17th?

The week before the Area Workday, an email will be sent to have you sign in and create a password.  On October 17th, you will be able to view general sessions and your selected workshops.  if you have any issues on October 17th, email support@viprllc.com or 443-303-2804.
