Below are frequently asked questions related to the event, payment and refunds.
 
What is included with the price of registration?
Registration costs $50 and includes the general sessions, workshops, Ohio Children's Cluster t-shirt, water bottle, and materials for select grade group activities.
 

How many workshops can I attend?

Four rounds of workshops will be offered for each age category:  Pre-K-2nd grade, 3rd-5th grade, and Tweens. 
 
I have more than one child. Why do I need a separate email to register each?
Each child registered in a different age group must have a unique email to allow each to securely login to the platform. The system will only recognize one email per person registered to allowing viewing on March 6th.
 
What are the methods of payment? 
Payment is by chapter check only.  Once you complete registration, the chapter is responsible for sending payment on your behalf.
 
What is the refund policy?
We understand circumstances may change, but there are no refunds.  Only in-chapter transfers are allowed before February 22nd. Cancellation will not apply to custom t-shirt selected for order are placed immediately and no request to change t-shirt size will be allowed.  If you need to make a substitution, send an email to support@viprllc.com with the name of the registered child and the name of the substitute child, email address, mother name and registration category.
 

When is the last day to register?

Registration is open until February 19th at 11:59pm EDT. 
 
How will I access the sessions on March 6th?
The week of the Children's Cluster, an email will be sent to have you sign in and create a password.  On March 6th, you will be able to view general sessions and workshops by the registration category.  if you have any issues on March 6th, email support@viprllc.com.

How do I access the sessions?
You should have received a confirmation email with detailed instructions that confirms the email address that you need to use to register. After creating your password on the Enter Virtual Conference page, you will then have access to the virtual sessions.  

From there, select the session you would like to view by clicking the Enter Event button towards the right. 

I am having trouble with streaming audio, I can’t hear the speaker through my computer speakers, the streaming stopped… what do I do?
If you are not able to hear any audio through your computer speakers first check to make sure your speakers are not muted or turned off.  

The next step is to refresh your screen by pressing the F5 key on your keyboard or clicking the “refresh” button in your web browser.

Other Recommendations: It is recommended that you use a PC or MAC with an updated Internet Browser. Make sure you have pop-ups blockers disabled in your Internet browser settings. Make sure that your internet browser is Active X enabled. Wifi is not recommended. The problem with WiFi is signal strength can vary causing bandwidth to increase or decrease. We recommend a wired connection. A wired connection gives a consistent signal and consistent bandwidth. A wired connection provides a better experience. Audio (sound) is projected through your computer speakers. Be sure your computer is equipped with speakers or the room where the conference is being broadcast is equipped with speakers  so you can hear the presenters.

For an optimal experience, connect your device with a HDMI cord to your TV.  We also suggest not using your smartphone, but a dedicated computer to join.
