5:30 PM – 5:50 PM | Move, Meditate & Manifest – First wave of activations (10–20 min sessions).

6:00 PM – 6:20 PM | Refresh + Reflect – Second wave of activations.

6:30 PM – 7:00 PM | Marketplace Magic – Shop and support Black-owned wellness brands.

7:10 PM – 7:40 PM | Reflections & Renewal – Guided gratitude + intention-setting.

7:45 PM – 8:30 PM | Wind Down & Reset – Connection, closing reflection, and departure.

8:30 PM | Wellness Marketplace closes
