What is the agenda?
5:15pm Bus loading at the Washington Hilton
5:30pm Bus departs and tour starts
7:00pm Dinner at Clyde's
8:45pm Depart Clydes
9:00pm Return to Hotel
Will we be able to get off the bus at any of the sites?
Yes, the tour will stop at a few places of interest and allow you time to explore, but to maxmize our time, most of the tour will be on the motor coach.
What is the menu for dinner?
We will be in a private dining room at Clyde's of Gallery Place, which serves delicious American style cuisine. Dinner is a 3 course buffet (salad options, 3 main entrees, side items and dessert). There will be a vegetarian option and the menu is suitable for dietary restrictions (gluten free, lactose intolerant, no pork, etc.).
Do I have to be registered for the On the Hill Summit to participate?
No. We look forward to hosting any member of the Eastern region who would like to participate.
What it is included in the cost?
The cost includes the dinner buffet at Clyde's plus gratuity, round trip motor coach transportation from the Washington Hilton, and the DC Heritage Tour.
What is the refund policy?
The last day to request a refund is September 20, 2019 by sending an email to support@viprllc.com. After this date, there are no refunds, no exceptions. You may however, substitute the registration.
I would like my teen to participate, but do I have to attend?
The mother does not have to attend, but there must be another adult that is attending who will be responsible for your child. No teen may participate without an adult who is also on the tour and dinner with them.
