Below are frequently asked questions related to the event, payment and refunds.
 
What is included with the price of registration?
Registration costs $50 and includes the general sessions, workshops, Chicagoland Children's Cluster t-shirt, and swag bag.
 

How many workshops can I attend?

Each age group has a pre-set number of workshops to attend for the day.  Age groups are K - 2nd grade,  3rd - 5th grade, and 6th - 8th grade. 
 
I have more than one child. Why do I need a separate email to register each?
Each child registered in a different age group must have a unique email to allow each to securely login to the platform. The system will only recognize one email per person registered to allowing viewing on March 20th.
 
What are the methods of payment? 
Payment is by chapter check only.  Once you complete registration, the chapter is responsible for sending payment on your behalf.
 
What is the refund policy?
We understand circumstances may change, but there are no refunds.  Only in-chapter transfers are allowed before March 13th. Cancellation will not apply to custom t-shirt selected for orders are placed immediately and no request to change t-shirt size will be allowed.  If you need to make a substitution, send an email to support@viprllc.com with the name of the registered child and the name of the substitute child, email address, mother name and registration category.
 

When is the last day to register?

Registration is open until February 26th at 11:59pm EDT. 
 
How will I access the sessions on March 6th?
The week of the Children's Cluster, an email will be sent to have you sign in and create a password.  On March 20th, you will be able to view general sessions and workshops by the registration category.  if you have any issues on March 20th, email support@viprllc.com.
