To showcase your chapter, children, activities, family, outgoing National Officers, or to endorse a National Candidate reserve your ad by going to 2026 National Convention Souvenir Journal Form. Full page Ads are $475 and Half page ads are $350. Payment instructions are on the form. Ads must be submitted and paid for by May 31, 2026.

Departed Mothers, Fathers and Children will be recognized during a Memorial Service on Sunday, July 26, 2026. Please complete the Memorial Form no later than June 1, 2026 for those who transitioned between August 2024-June 1st 2026. Please be sure to upload a picture of the deceased in .JPG or .PNG format.

For each registered Child and Teen an Events Consent and Release Form must be completed and turned in no later than Orientation on Tuesday, July 21st. The online form will be in the confirmation email.
