Description

In a time defined by rapid disruption - whether through digital innovation, shifting workforce expectations, or evolving societal demands - executives are increasingly called upon to champion bold ideas and lead transformative change. The success of these efforts hinges not only on the strength of the ideas, but on the clarity and credibility of how they are communicated.

To address this critical need, this session will provide an opportunity to explore pragmatic tools for executive-level communication and to immediately apply them in simulated scenarios. Drawing on proven frameworks and techniques, participants will enhance their ability to distill complex messages, shape compelling narratives, and respond to difficult questions with composure and confidence. Through an engaging mix of introspection, dynamic dialogue, interactive practice exercises, and valuable peer feedback, leaders will be equipped to drive alignment and action when it matters most.

Session Objectives
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

· Apply Aristotle’s three levers of persuasion to strengthen the effectiveness of a message

· Use Cialdini’s principles of ethical influence to build trust, credibility, and consensus
