The registration fee for all Associates, Life Members, Spouses, 2026 Graduating Mothers, and Tenured Complete is $300 plus the credit card processing fee per person.  

Registration for Associates, Life Members and their spouses is open November 1 – December 1, or until capacity is reached, whichever comes first.  2026 Graduating Mothers and Tenured Complete may register November 15-December 1, subject to availability.                                                       

An active Associate paid National Per Capita and/or chapter Associate dues for the 2025-2026 program year. Tenured Complete has not paid the National Per Capita fee

Yes, you would register them as a spouse and pay the registration fee.

Yes. Please make sure you have a valid Member ID. If it starts with a letter, that is an outdated Member ID and will not work. All Member ID’s are now 4-5 digit numbers. If you are not sure, prior to registration opening, please reach out to your chapter administrator for assistance. 

The Welcome Party will start at approximately 6:30pm local time. 

All scheduled activities will conclude around 10:00am on Sunday, February 15, 2026. 

No, there is only one event price of $300 for each attendee. 

No. They will not be able to join the JJOA excursions, have ground transportation with our provider or join the JJOA scheduled events. There is also no onsite registration. 

The getaway is at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort & Casino

The host hotel is the St. Kitts Marriott and it is an all-inclusive rate based on room occupancy per night. To see the rates, go to St. Kitts JJOA Rates.

Upon successful completion of your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to secure your hotel lodging.  The deadline to book a room at the JJOA rates is December 26, 2025 by 5:00pm EST.  You must be registered to reserve a room in the JJOA block.  All in the room must be registered. Jack and Jill of America, Inc. has the right to cancel any reservations that it feels are not valid, for attendees that are not registered or that exceed the reasonable number of rooms needed based on the person registered. 

No, all in the JJOA block will have the all-inclusive and cannot opt out.

The JJOA reduced rate is valid from Monday, February 9 to Wednesday, February 18, 2026, subject to hotel availability.  Jack and Jill of America, Inc. has the right to cancel any reservations that it feels are not valid, for attendees that are not registered or that exceed the reasonable number of rooms needed based on the person registered. 

Only registered associates and their spouses may be in the JJOA block. Jack and Jill of America, Inc. has the right to cancel any reservations for attendees that are not registered.

 All reservations must be accompanied by a one-night room deposit. The hotel will not hold any reservations without a deposit. 

  Yes, but using points means that you will not be in the JJOA group block and will not have access to any of the group benefits. 

Only one person needs to book the hotel room for the occupants. When reserving the room, just enter the name of each person in the room. Any financial transactions for payment are between the room occupants. Each needs to register on the JJOA registration site and list each other as their roommate.

The St. Kitts Marriott offers a spa, private beach, golf course, two swimming pools, gym, use of water activities, and several restaurants.

Check-in is 3:00pm and check-out is 12:00pm. 

Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will be subjected to one night room & tax late cancel charge.

The airport is approximately 15 minutes from the St. Kitts Marriott.

No, due to the variety of dates members want to attend and multiple airports, group airfare is not being offered. 

Jack and Jill of America has contracted with a company to provide exclusive ground transportation for attendees. The cost is included in the registration fee and is not ala carte or refundable. To arrange your transfer, all you need to do is enter your flight itinerary no later than January 25, 2026. 

Transportation includes a private guide, luggage assistance, and water.

Yes, you can compelte regsitration now and come back to your registration to update your itinerary no later than January 25, 2026. Itineraries will not be accepted past this date and there is no refund for the cost of the service.

The average daytime highs: 75 – 81 F.

The weather is dry and sunny. 

 The East Caribbean dollar is the currency of St. Kitts and Nevis. US dollars and major credit cards are widely accepted. 

There are no COVID related requirements or restrictions, nor are there any required vaccinations.  The only exception is if you are coming directly to St. Kitts from a country in South America or Africa where yellow fever is present.  If you are flying directly from the US, there are no requirements. 

US Citizens do not need a visa in advance, however, you will need to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) before arriving in St. Kitts & Nevis. The eTA can be applied for up to 90 days before arrival. The cost is $17 per person. The link will be in your confirmation email. Your US passport must be valid at the time of entry and must be valid for 6 months beyond the date you depart St. Kitts.

On Friday and Saturday, we have contracted with a vendor that will offer a variety of excursions exclusive to Jack and Jill attendees (includes spouses). Prior to registration, please review the Excursion List to see the excursions, prices and times offered.  The link to book excursions will be in your confirmation email. All excursions must be booked by January 25, 2026.  

As part of the all-inclusive pacakge, the resort has several restaurants available:  Calypso Restaurant and Cafe, Bohemia Beach Restaurant & Bar, Pizza Shack, Arwee Lobby Bar (Regular Menu-Sushi Bar not included), Fire Steakhouse & Seafood Restaurant, La Cucina – Italian Restaurant and Bohemia Beach Restaruant & Bar.

 Via email, a link will be sent to each attendee to book an appointment. 

All registered attendees who are staying at the St. Kitts Marriott will receive 10% off of spa treatments. You must be staying at the hotel and in the JJOA block to receive the discount.

We know that circumstances can change, but unfortunately, there are no refunds.   However, substitutions are permitted until January 15, 2026, by sending an email to registration@viprllc.com with the name of the current member and the details for the new member.   All monetary transactions are between the two mothers. You are also responsible for changing the name with the hotel.
