But teens are generally creative and have an innate ability to think outside the box! They are resilient and energetic and astonishingly curious! In order to successfully engage them, you must use strategies that lead to the building of authentic relationships. Teens rely on us to teach through modeling and example and they depend on us to demonstrate respect, authenticity, predictability, kindness, acceptance and grace as they navigate their own path toward adulthood. This workshop examines the best strategies to engage teens where they are, to enable you to have a positive and profound impact on their lives, and to get them excited about your Jack & Jill programming!
