A Native of Orlando, Florida, Vonesia Campbell is a proud graduate of Florida A& M University (FAMU), where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Systems. She worked three years as a System Analyst. After three short years, Vonesia felt that she wasn’t working in a career that was fulfilling. As an educator, her mission is to develop young minds with the knowledge and skills they can use for a lifetime.
Vonesia has 12+ years of teaching experience. Being a teacher gives her a sense of pride and fulfillment. She is currently a Behavior Specialist at Hollywood Academy of Arts and Science. While working there, she has held many leadership roles, and has been named Rookie Teacher of the Year in 2012, and later named Teacher of the Year in 2014. She was also recognized by Legacy Magazine as one of the Top Educators of South Florida in 2014. In 2015, Vonesia went back to school, and in 2017 received her Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from St. Thomas University. Vonesia is passionate about preparing her students for success. Learning is like the cycle of life, it’s a continuous process. “I learn, therefore I Teach.”

She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. where she actively works in the chapter and in the community.
