Delphine Gervais is the founder and CEO of the Florida-based group private practice, Breakthrough Care and Resource Center, Inc. where she and her staff of clinicians provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families. She is a licensed clinical social worker in the states of Florida, Georgia, and Colorado, Washington State, California, and New Jersey, with qualified supervisor designation in the state of Florida. As an EMDR-trained therapist, Delphine approaches her work with individuals and organizations with a trauma-focused, trauma-informed lens perspective. Delphine also serves as a thought partner, consultant, and presenter providing in person and virtual webinars on a myriad of topics including emotional intelligence, imposter syndrome, and mindfulness in the workplace.

A native of St. Maarten, Delphine is unabashed in sharing that her Haitian immigrant upbringing in Little Haiti, Florida shaped her worldview of social work's potential for further impact on local, national and global communities. She is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners, The Links, Incorporated (Miami Biscayne-Bay (FL) Chapter) and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. (South Broward Alumnae Chapter).
