Below are frequently asked questions related to the event, payment, refunds, and substitutions.
 
What is included with the price of Mother registration?
Registration costs $350 for Active Mothers and $275 for Associates/Life Time Members and includes general sessions, registration gift, Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch, workshop attendance for up to three workshops, Friday role based workshops for officers, and Mothers' Social Event.  There is an additional cost of $35 per person to attend the Provisional Chapter Installation and Reception on Saturday.
 
How many workshops can Mothers attend?
On Friday, one round of workshops will be manadatory for  Presidents, Vice Presidents, Treasurers, and Program Directors. On Saturday, three rounds of workshops will be offered during which you may select one of your choosing.  If after registering you change your mind, you may modify your registration or send an email to support@viprllc.com with your name and the workshop you would like to change to.
 
What is the location of the Work Day?
All business sessions, workshops and events are at the Savannah Convention Center, 1 International Drive, Savannah, GA. Hotel accommodations are at the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort and Spa.  The Convention Center is an adjacent 6 minute walk from the hotel.
 
How will I receive 1 in 4 credit?
Members must attend the opening session and 2 workshops.  Attendance will be tracked by the self check-in process through Digital Cheetah. 
 
Can I pay by chapter check? 
No, all registrations must be paid by credit card.  If your chapter would normally cover your registration, you will need to present the registration confirmation invoice and seek reimbursement.
 
What is the Refund Policy?
We understand that circumstances change and you may not be able to attend, however, there are no refunds. Per the Financial Handbook, do not use the charge-back feature in PayPal; doing so will subject you to additional fees and restrict future credit card use. 
 
What if I only want to attend the Provisional Chapter Installation?
Select Provisional Chapter Installation to regsiter and pay the $35 cost to attend. This fee is for each mother, father, and/or child to participate in the reception.

 

If I cannot attend, can another mother take my place?
Yes, substitutions will be accepted until September 22, 2022 by emailing support@viprllc.com.  All monetary transactions must be between the two mothers. After September 22nd, substitutions will not be accepted. 

 
When is the last day to register?
Registration is open until September 15, 2022 at 11:59pm CST, or until it sells out, whichever comes first
 
How do I change the workshop selections made during registration?
Come back to the registration site, select Register, then scroll to the bottom of the page and select "View or Modify an Existing Registration."  You will need to enter the email address used at registration and the password you created. Changes will be accpeted until September 22, 2022.  Alternatively, you may email support@viprllc.com and advise your name and the workshop you would like to change to.
 
Is there a virtual component?

No, the MWD is all in person in Savannah, Georgia

What is the attire?
Business casual attire is appropriate for the workshops and Sessions on Friday and Saturday. Friday night is casual or have fun and dress in your favorite decade.

How can I reserve a hotel room?
After regsitering, hotel details will be in your confirmation email. Please check your spam if not received.

What is the cost to park?
Parking at the Savannah Convention Center is $5 per day. Parking at the Westin is $20 per day.

 
What COVID-19 Safety Procedures will be in place?
Per the Jack and Jill of America COVID Guidelines, in order to participate, all members must be fully vaccinated. Be prepared to show your vaccination card upon arrival. Masks are required to be worn at all times (except when actively eating or drinking).  All registered must present a negative test (either lab PCR or lab rapid antigen) within 72 hours before the event. The testing requirement and all published procedures will be sent after the close of registration. Home self tests will not be accepted.  If the test is positive, unfortunately, there are no refunds.
