➢ Exhibitor fee of $400.00 (non-member) or $300.00 (Jack and Jill active member/associate).  Payment must be made in the form of a credit card at the time of registration.
➢Exhibitor fee includes: (1) One 6' Standard table covered and skirted in a 10' x10 'space, (2) 3'side drape panels, (3) 8' drape back panel (similar to the image provided below), (4) Two Chairs, and (5) One Wastebasket
➢We will have a showcase of teen youth entrepreneur vendors (18 years and younger), and a vendor fee will not be assessed.  Proof of age is required. However, youth entrepreneurs are subject to all other items outlined in this agreement except for vendor fee.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN under any circumstances. 

Vendor Registration will close on May 1, 2026 or when vendor capacity is reached.
 

During Registration, you need to confirm understanding of the Exhibitor Responsibilities
➢ I understand that no refunds will be given
➢ A licensing agreement is required of ALL VENDORS using the name of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated and/or its logo on any merchandise. Should you have questions, please contact Headquarters staff at info@jack-and-jill.org or at 202-667-7010. Proof of license must be provided.
➢ Exhibitor shall make items listed in agreement available for sale beginning no later than at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, June 17, 2026. 
➢ Exhibitor shall provide a minimum of one complimentary gift (merchandise valued at $30.00) to the South Central Region to be used as a donation and not for any resale value.  Merchandise will be picked up by the designated Vendor Coordinator from the Humble Kingwood Chapter during the set-up.
➢ Exhibitor shall maintain the assigned vending area in clean condition at all times.
➢ Exhibitor shall contain all merchandise in the assigned vendor area and must not rearrange exhibit set up without consent from Jack and Jill.
➢ Exhibitor shall not install permanent equipment nor affix anything to the hotel wall(s).
➢ Exhibitor shall remove all shipping related materials from the vendor area immediately following set-up.
➢ Exhibitor may secure a hotel room at their own expense.  Rooms within the block may be available depending upon capacity.
➢ Exhibitor shall assume the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims to exhibitor’s display, equipment, other property, and merchandise.  Security may or may not be made available during non business hours.
➢ Exhibitor shall assume fees for any additional tables/chairs not provided for within the aforementioned Exhibitor package 
➢ Exhibitor shall assume any/all expense for electrical, wifi or phone line needs if not otherwise explicitly stated.
➢ Upload proof of licensing agreement as applicable.  If not provided, proof will be required prior to vendor set up.

Jack and Jill Responsibilities
➢Jack and Jill will assign booths, and the booth allocation method will be made by the vendor committee and changes will only be allowed with the approval of the vendor committee or a delegated representative of the committee.
➢Jack and Jill will provide advertisements of Exhibitor locations to conference attendees.
➢Jack and Jill will not provide storage.
➢Jack and Jill will provide general janitorial service through the Hotel for Exhibitor area.
➢Jack and Jill will NOT provide security for any items or persons unless explicitly stated.
➢Jack and Jill will NOT assume responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
➢Jack and Jill will NOT assume responsibility for injuries incurred or caused by Exhibitor merchandise.
➢Jack and Jill will NOT accept any Exhibitor on premises without payment in full for booth space.
➢Jack and Jill, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject any vendor agreement.  Vendors agree to adhere to offering the products and/or services described in this agreement.

Vender Booth Hours of Operation (with flexibility):
Wednesday, June 17, 2026 - 4pm - 10pm
Thursday, June 18, 2026 - 8am - 12am
Friday, June 19, 2026 - 5pm to 10pm
Saturday, June 20, 2026 - 8am to 10pm
Sunday, June 21, 2026 - 8am to 10am
(Subject to change for optimal program alignment)


Set-Up to begin Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 8:00 am, and all displays can begin being removed from the hotel by 12:00 pm on June 21, 2026.  All displays must be removed by 1:00 pm on Sunday, June 21, 2026.
