Frequently Asked Questions

Below are frequently asked questions related to the event, payment and refunds.

What is included with the price of registration?

Registration costs $720 for Mothers and $620 for Associates. Registration includes:

  • Official Conference Bag
  • Event Entertainment featuring celebrity guests and GRAMMY-nominated talent
  • Regional Welcome Event to kick off our return home
  • Foundation Rally Breakfast celebrating our impact and philanthropic legacy
  • Celebration Ball — A night to honor and celebrate the sensational history of South Central Region
  • Business Meetings, Workshops, and Ceremonies that empower our mission and sharpen our leadership

This registration unlocks a complete experience rooted in legacy, sisterhood, and the Essence of ONE.

Can I change my committee / workshop selections?

Yes, all changes must be made prior to April 21, 2025.  You can update your registration using the link in your confirmation email.

Can I pay by chapter check? 

Payment is by credit card only unless you are a Chapter Delegate or Alternate.

How will I receive 1 in 4 credit?

To receive credit toward your 1-in-4 required conference attendance, each registrant must:

  • Be fully registered for the conference.
  • Sign in individually no later than 9:00 AM on Thursday, July 17, 2025.
  • Attend at least three of the five plenary sessions.
  • Participate in at least one business meeting.

Please plan accordingly to ensure your attendance is properly documented. Participation will be verified through Digital Cheetah and/or scanning of badges. 

What is the refund policy?

Registration is non-refundable. 

If I cannot attend, can another mother take my place?

If you need to substitute a registration, complete and email the Attendee Substitution Form to support@viprllc.com by not later than June 10, 2025. Your registration will be substituted with an individual waitlisted at no additional charge if completed by June 10, 2025 at 11:59pm (CDT), assuming there are participants waitlisted. All monetary transactions are between the two mothers. Neither the vendor nor the South Central Region will help to facilitate the exchange of money from one member to another once a substitution is requested.  When requesting the substitution please provide all of the necessary registration information on the form provided to effect the transfer. We will not be able to accommodate changes after June 10, 2025. To make a change, send an email to support@viprllc.com.  
 

When is the last day to register?

Registration is open until April 22, 2025 at 11:59pm CDT. 

How do I reserve my hotel room?

Once registration closes, all confirmed conference registrants will receive access to the official hotel group reservation link along with detailed booking instructions. The final date to book your hotel room will be shared at that time, so please stay tuned for further updates.
