What is included with the price of registration?

Registration costs $400 for Mothers, $300 for Assoicates, and $115 for Fathers/Partners, Children and Teens. Registration for Mothers and Associates includes:

• Business Meetings/Workshops/Ceremonies
• Host Night 80s Beach Party
• Awards Banquet
• Pajama Party
• T-Shirt
• Conference Bag

How many committes can I serve?

Three sessions of committees will be offered during which you may select up to two of your choosing.  If after registering you change your mind, no later than March 30, 2023, send an email to support@viprllc.com with your name and the committee you would like to change to.

Can I pay by chapter check? 

Payment is by credit card only unless you are a Chapter Delegate or Alternate or paying for a Conference Journal Ad.

How will I receive 1 in 4 credit?

Members must attend each Plenary session. Your participation will be checked through Digital Cheetah and/or scanning of badges. 

What is the refund policy?

Registration is non-refundable. 

If I cannot attend, can another mother take my place?

Substitutions are not allowed.  

When is the last day to register?

Registration is open until February 28th at 11:59pm CST. 

How do I change the committee selections made during registration?

To make any changes to your selections, send a detailed email to support@viprllc.com. You will receive a reply that the change has been made to your registration record. Changes will be accepted until March 30, 2023.

How do I reserve my hotel room?

Upon completion of registration, your confirmation email will include the link to reserve your hotel room. Rooms are limited to registered attendees only.

What is the deadline to reserve a hotel room?
To guarantee the hotel conference rate, hotel rooms MUST be booked by February 28, 2023; The hotel conference rate is only available up to 48 hours (before and after) the conference BASED ON AVAILABILITY.
