FRIDAY EVENTS
For Friday, there is a Welcome Reception for all attendees from 6:00pm – 9:00pm that require an adult to be with the child/teen. Starting at 9:30pm, there are breakout rooms that are targeted to different age groups. For each age group, a designated adult will need to be with the child to escort to each experience. From 10:00pm – midnight, Teens will have a party that parents do not need to chaperone.
SATURDAY TOURS
On Saturday, tours will be conducted by grade group and these groups will stay together starting on the bus until the 3:00pm return. Moms with multiple kids that could be on differing touring tracks need to think about who will be with your child as all children will need to be accompanied by an adult on our Saturday excursion. This is not only for safety but also for conversation. Besides spouses and fathers, we suggest that mother members partner up prior to registration to make sure all children can be accounted for and have the best experience that would be suited for them. During the registration process, you will need to name the registered adult who will be with each child.
Grade groupings are:
K-5
6-8
9-12
If you have two or more children in the same grade grouping, then one adult can be with each of the children in that group.
SATURDAY INTERNATIONAL MUSEUM PARTY
Families will travel together by bus to the venue. You are responsible for your child(ren).

For the Saturday Experience Tours, it is important that all groups stay together, starting on their assigned bus and during the time at each venue. To stay on time and organized, we cannot afford delays while groups try to reconnect. Therefore, you will need to travel on the bus with the group.
We do not have a limit on the number of children one adult can reasonably manage in each age grouping, however, please consider the normal ratio of 1 adult to 5 children.
