It’s a Family Affair!” On behalf of the Regional Executive Board of the MIGHTY Mid-Western Region, we welcome you to the Teen Leadership Conference 2023. This is our Reunion where we will celebrate our connections with each other, our families and Jack and Jill of America Incorporated.

A Reunion is a reuniting of persons after a period of separation. For some of us, it’s been a year since we’ve last gathered to highlight, celebrate and uplift our teens in this format. For others, it’s our first time at TLC and I suggest it isn’t your last. Teen Leadership Conference is our Reunion, our time to connect and learn.

Reunions are a time not just to reconnect, but to learn history, make plans for the future and to have fun! The Ohio State University is a wonderful backdrop for our Reunion. Tour the campus and the beautiful grounds. Engage with other teens outside of your chapter during the conference. We’ve planned a MIGHTY Reunion for you- from the Foundation Rally, to the Talent Showcase, to Plenary Sessions, Senior Gala, and Party, there are plenty of opportunities for you to make memories and connect.

Greetings Teens of the Mighty Mid-Western Region,

The time has come for us to reconnect at this year's Teen Leadership Conference (TLC)! This program year has been full of immense growth and discipline. My fellow Regional Teen Officers and I have worked tirelessly to create an excellent conference in hopes that every teen finds an element that they enjoy. Hailing from the Columbus Chapter, it is my honor to welcome you to this year’s conference at The Ohio State University!  With this program year’s theme of Reunion: Celebrating our Connection, we will honor the enduring strength of our ancestors while celebrating our successes today. Nothing defeats our enemies like triumph, standing in the knowledge that no weapon formed against us shall prosper and the conviction that no matter how dark the night, “joy comes in the morning.” The hard work of our individual lives and the program year has been completed, so take this time to enjoy all TLC has to offer: from the classic Step and Skit competitions to the new Apparel and Blanket competitions. This is our victory lap! So let's get moving! There is a magic in the kinship of this group, in our bond, our laugh, and our embrace; and we realize our greatest power is when we all get together… in Reunion!
