Below are frequently asked questions related to the event, payment and refunds.
 
What is included with the price of registration?
Registration costs $300 and includes the general sessions and workshops.
 

How many workshops can I attend?

Four rounds of workshops will be offered during which you may select one of your choosing.  If after registering you change your mind, you may send an email to support@viprllc.com with your name and the workshop you would like to change to. All update requests must be made no later than November 7, 2023.
 
Can I pay by chapter check? 
Payment is by credit card only.          
 
How will I receive 1 in 4 credit?

The Registration Committee will be onsite to give you your badge, special meal sticker, if requested,  and for you to signin on Friday, November 17, from 5 p.m.-7:30 p.m.  EST and Saturday, November 18, 6:30 a.m.-8:30 am EST.

Pursuant to Policy 7.8 (see page 79 in the 2022-2024 Policies & Procedures): A member is required to sign-in and present photo identification (i.e., state issued identification) to validate her identity and attendance.

 

What is the refund policy?
Cancellations or changes in registration must be approved by November 7, 2023.  ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $150 CANCELLATION FEE.  
 

If you are seeking a refund, email the notice of cancellation to Regional Director Lindsey (RegionalDirector@jjmidwesternregion.org) and Regional Secretary Bolden (Secretary@jjmidwesternregion.org) by November 7th at 11:59pm (EST). No refunds will be given for cancellations emailed after that date and time. Refunds will be processed no sooner than 45 days after the close of the conference.
 

If I cannot attend, can another mother take my place?
If you have registered but are unable to attend, you may substitute another member from your chapter at no additional charge if completed by November 7, 2023 at 11:59pm (EST). Please send written notification of your substitution to the Registration Vendor at support@viprllc.com with a copy to Registration at jjmwr.register@gmail.com. 
 
When requesting the substitution please provide all of the necessary registration information that must be updated. Neither the vendor nor the MWR will help to facilitate the exchange of money from one member to another.
 
When is the last day to register?
Registration is open until November 7th at 11:59pm (EST), or until it reached capacity, whichever comes first.
 
How do I change the workshop selections made during registration?

To make any changes to your selections, send a detailed email to support@viprllc.com. You will receive a reply that the change has been made to your registration record. Changes will be accepted until November 7, 2023.
