Mothers and Associates of the Mighty Mid-Western Region, 

On behalf of the Regional Executive Board, we welcome you to the 2024 Area Workday Clusters! 

Our host for this cluster, the Ohio Center of Excellence, has been working hard to create an engaging experience that delivers member education, leadership development, officer training, and fun.   We are delighted that you plan to join us in Cleveland, Ohio, on October 11-12, 2024 at the Downtown Hilton.   Your commitment to developing as a member and connecting with others outside your local chapter is what makes us Mighty!   This year's theme is "Our Dream in Motion: Game On!”    As a region, we have thoughtfully developed workshops and activities that were suggested by you, our members and teens. As you immerse yourself in these sessions, we are confident that you will not only have a rewarding experience but also gain knowledge, skills, and perspective that will help you in and outside of Jack and Jill of America, Inc.    
 

We are also excited to integrate an Associates Track and Retreat into this year's conference. Mother members, while I have been told, “What goes on in Associatesville stays in Associatesville,” I encourage you to meet and talk to as many of our associates as you can. The fountains of their wisdom seem to have no limit.   

We look forward to seeing everyone in October!

Greeting Mighty Mid-Western Region Teens!

I'm Cole Reed, your Mid-Western Regional Teen President, and I'm thrilled to welcome you to the MWR Area Workday Clusters for the 2024-2025 program year!   Area Workday is one of the highlights of our year.   It's more than just an event—it's an experience!

AWD is where we dive into workshops, engage in straight-talk sessions, give back through community service, and enjoy fantastic parties!   As a precursor to the Teen Leadership Conference happening at Western Michigan University on June 11- 15, 2025,  AWD serves as a vital stepping stone where you can hone your leadership skills, get a sneak peek into what's to come, and build momentum for the exciting opportunities ahead. We can also see our fellow teens participate in the oratorical competition using the TLC theme: "Empowerment Through Unity: Stronger Together."   AWD is our chance to connect with new friends, strengthen existing relationships, and explore everything Jack and Jill offers. It's an opportunity to share your ideas, contribute to our legacy, and be part of something bigger.

Let’s all take advantage of this incredible opportunity to grow, have fun, and make lasting memories. I can't wait to see you all there as we unite, inspire, and thrive together!
