Below are frequently asked questions related to the event, payment and refunds.
 
What is included with the price of registration?
Registration costs $325 and includes the general sessions and workshops.
 

How many workshops can I attend?

Four rounds of workshops will be offered during which you may select one of your choosing. If after registering you change your mind, you may send an email to support@viprllc.com with your name and the workshop you would like to change to.  All update requests must be made no later than October 22, 2025
 
What is the host hotel and cost to stay overnight?

The group rate at the Amway Grand Plaza is $174 a night plus tax. After successfully registering, the passkey link will be provided in the confirmation email. 

Reservations must be complete no later than October 22, 2025

 
Can I pay by chapter check? 
Payment is by credit card only.          
 
How will I receive 1 in 4 credit?

The Registration Committee will be onsite to give you your badge, special meal sticker, if requested,  and for you to sign in on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 4 p.m. - 10 p.m. CST and Saturday, November 15, 6:30 a.m.- 9:30 a.m. CST.

Pursuant to Policy 7.8 (see page 79 in the 2022-2024 Policies & Procedures): A member is required to sign-in and present photo identification (i.e., state issued identification) to validate her identity and attendance.

 

What is the refund policy?
We understand circumstances can change, but there are no refunds.
 
If I cannot attend, can another mother take my place?
If you have registered but are unable to attend, you may substitute another member from your chapter at no additional charge if completed by October 22, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (CST). Please send written notification of your substitution to the Registration Vendor at registration@viprllc.com with a copy to Registration at jjmwr.register@gmail.com. Please complete the Substitution Form and submit to make the change.
 
When requesting the substitution please provide all of the necessary registration information that must be updated. Neither the vendor nor the MWR will help to facilitate the exchange of money from one member to another.
 
When is the last day to register?
Registration is open until October 22, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (CST), or until it reached capacity, whichever comes first.
 
How do I change the workshop selections made during registration?

To make any changes to your selections, send a detailed email to support@viprllc.com. You will receive a reply that the change has been made to your registration record. Changes will be accepted until October 22, 2025.
