No. Anyone who does not register through this process will not be a part of the Jack and Jill Group. Staterooms booked outside of this process will not be transferred to the Group.
Yes, Registration is open for active Mothers, Associates, Fathers, Children, Teens, and Alumni. Grandparents, Nannies, and friends/extended family are also able to participate when registration opens. Note that members are limited to three staterooms per Member ID. Member ID and names must match. Once registered, guests have access to JJOA events, packages, and excursions.
Once we have reached our event capacity or January 1, 2025, whichever one comes first.
Yes. Everyone attending will need a passport, including children. The passport must be valid 6 months past your travel date (i.e. cannot expire before February 5, 2026).
Yes, you will be able to register. However, you must have a valid passport no later than 30 days prior to sailing. If you do not have one by this date, you are responsible for any lost registration/cruise fare based on the cancellation policy.

There are a few connecting room options that have a maximum capacity of 4 each. You can also request rooms next door to each other and across from each other.
Yes there are a few adjoining rooms. You can request this during registration, but will be confirmed once we reach out to you to select your staterooms. If your choice is not available, depending on the stateroom requested, the cabins will be next to each other.
We know that circumstances can change, but unfortunately, there are no refunds. However, stateroom substitutions are permitted until June 25, 2025 by sending an email to cruisesupport@viprllc.com. All monetary transactions are between the two mothers/families. The transfer must be for the same stateroom and occupancy. Any reductions will follow the cancellation schedule. We will not be able to accommodate changes in shirt sizes after March 1, 2025.
The ship itinerary can be found at Itinerary: National Cultural Exchange Cruise to Italy & Croatia (viprllc.com). The National Cultural Exchange Committee is working on excursions and other exciting onboard events that will be shared with attendees no later than May 2025.
The National Cultural Exchange Task Force is working on curated JJOA excursions and experiences. These will be announced on the next Webinar (around May). These excusrions will not be listed on the Royal Caribbean site or app and have to be booked per instructions that will be sent
Once you have a valid reservation number, you can book excursions directly through Royal Caribbean. If you pay for an excursion through Royal Caribbean, you can cancel without penalty 24 hours before sailing.
At registration, you will need to indicate the need and we will work with the ship to see what rooms we can you place you in. Categories for the handicap accessible are Ocean View (2N) on deck 2, Spacious OV Balcony, Interior Balcony (4V), Promenade Interior (2T) on Deck 7, Junior Suite (J4) on deck 10.

No. All guests in your cabin must be registered through JJOA.
Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci Airport is approximately 90 minutes from The Port of Civitavecchia.
No. All gratuities are included for the cruise. However, if you want to thank someone for service above
and beyond, please feel free to do so.
All gratuities, port taxes, stateroom, all meals, onboard JJOA private events, and the JJOA registration is included. Beverage Packages and wi-fi are not included.
The booking will be based on how you register. If there is availability, we will work to accommodate additional guests.
You must be on board the cruise ship by July 28th at 4:00pm. Depart Venice no earlier than 12:00pm on August 4th
$350 per person is due at registration. $350 per person is due no later than 1/15/2025. Final payment is due by 5/1/2025. You can pay more on these dates or anytime in between.
6:00pm, 8:30pm and My Time. You will have the option to select your preferred (not guaranteed time for main dining room seating). Guests in Owner’s and Grand suites also have priority reservations in specialty restaurants.
They are considered an adult and will be able to attend all JJOA event activities, except Adventure Ocean. We will provide opportunities for alumni to connect with each other. Note that age 18 can consume alcohol in Italy.
No later than November 15, 2024 at noon EST, send an email to cruisesupport@viprllc.com. The cancellation fee is $150 per person for notices received by November 15th. Please refer to the cancellation schedule for additional dates and fees. After June 15th, there are no refunds.
Trip insurance is not a requirement, but highly recommended to protect your travel investment from unexpected illness, delays, loss of luggage, etc. A link will be provided to purchase via group policy.
Infants and children have the same rate as adults. Anyone (child, teen, adult) in a stateroom counts for the per person rate. The infant or child can be the 3rd or 4th person in the room for the lower fare.
Infants must be at least 6 months old as of the first day of the cruise.
Adventure Ocean is open from 9:00am - 10:00pm daily. A Late Night Party Zone from 10:00pm - 1:00am is offered nightly on a sign-up basis. All children must be potty-trained. The minimum age for Adventure Ocean is 3 years old.
Yes, Services are complimentary from open until 10:00pm. After 10:00pm the fee is $7 per hour per child. The minimum age is 3 years old.
Schedule time in the Royal Babies and Tots Nursery. Parents can play with their babies and toddlers in the kids club free of charge but nursery drop-off costs $6 per hour, per child, before 6pm and $8 per hour, per child, after 6pm. The ship does not offer in room babysitting.
All travelers, including newborns and children, need a passport that is valid for 6 months beyond the end date of travel. It is your responsibility to ensure your travel documents are valid. No refunds will be given for an expired passport.
Yes, the ship offers autism-friendly interactive initiatives for families, including sensory-friendly films and toys, and dietary menu options. Additionally, they offer a wide range of autism-friendly products and services.
Name changes are allowed up to one week prior to sailing providing the sailing does not change to code red status.
