The registration fee for Fathers is $500 plus the credit card processing fee per person.
Registration is open January 9 -- January 27, 2026, or until capacity is reached, whichever comes first.
Due to the type of trip, this is not meant for children. The trip is for active Fathers to connect and enjoy a weekend of bonding and fellowship. Mothers are encouraged to enjoy a weekend away from dad.

The Welcome Reception will start at approximately 7:00pm local time.
All scheduled activities will conclude around 11:30pm on Saturday, February 28, 2026.
No, there is only one event price of $500 for each attendee.
No. They will not be able to join the JJOA tours, have ground transportation with our provider or join the JJOA scheduled events. There is also no onsite registration.
The host hotel is the Galt House Hotel, Louisville. KY. To see the rates go to Host Hotel.
Upon successful completion of your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to secure your hotel lodging. The deadline to book a room at the JJOA rates is January 27, 2026 by 5:00pm EST. You must be registered to reserve a room in the JJOA block.
The JJOA reduced rate is valid from Monday, February 23 to Wednesday, March 4, 2026, subject to hotel availability.
Only registered attendees may be in the JJOA block. Jack and Jill of America, Inc. has the right to cancel any reservations for attendees that are not registered.
All reservations must be accompanied by a one-night room deposit. The hotel will not hold any reservations without a deposit.
Check-in is 3:00pm and check-out is 11:00am.
Guranteed reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged one night's room and tax.

Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF)
The airport is approximately 10 minutes from the Galt House Hotel.
No, due to the variety of dates members want to attend and multiple airports, group airfare is not being offered.
Uber, Lyft or a taxi are the best options to arrive to the Galt House Hotel.
The average daytime high is 47 degrees and the average low is 28 degrees.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
We know that circumstances can change, but unfortunately, there are no refunds. However, substitutions are permitted until February 15, 2026, by sending an email to registration@viprllc.com with the name of the current member and the details for the new member. All monetary transactions are between the two fathers. You are also responsible for changing the name with the hotel.
It is not required, but strongly recommended that you purchase trip insurance to cover your investment in case unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending. Here are companies that you can contact. Note this is not an endorsement of any company, just a referral:
