Below are frequently asked questions related to the event, payment and refunds.

What is included with the price of registration?

Registration costs $195 for Mothers, $175 for Associates/Life Members and includes the general sessions and workshops. Middle School registration is $150 and Teens are $150. 

How many workshops am I required to attend to receive 1 in 4 credit?

Mothers are required to attend the entire general session and three workshops to receive 1-4 credit.  There is one workshop session offered virtually on Thursday evening and up to three workshop sessions offered in person on Saturday. 

Can I pay by chapter check? 

Payment is by credit card only. Chapter check payment will not be accepted.

How will I receive 1 in 4 credit?

Mothers will receive 1-4 credit by checking in via the Digital Cheetah app during AWD. To receive full credit, Mothers must be onsite and attend the General Session and three workshops.  One of the three workshops can be attended virtually on Thursday.  There will be a separate check in for each session the day of the event.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are not permitted. 

If I cannot attend, can another mother take my place?

Substitutions for "Like" registration types (e.g., Mother to Mother, Teen to Teen) are accepted. All substitution requests must be received by September 15, 2025. Contact registration@viprllc.com for any substitution requests.

When is the last day to register?

Registration is open until September 10, 2025 at 11:59pm CST. 

What is the deadline for the Souvenir Journal Ads?

The deadline for the Souvenir Journal Ads is September 17, 2025 11:59pm ET.  

How do I change the workshop selections made during registration?

To make any changes to your selections, send a detailed email to registration@viprllc.com. You will receive a reply that the change has been made to your registration record. Changes will be accepted until September 15, 2025.

How do I reserve a hotel room at the group rate?
After completing your registration, the link to the JJOA group rate for the Hyatt Regency Crystal City will be in your confirmation email. In order to receive the rate, the room must be reserved by September 12, 2025.  For more details, go to Hotel Accommodations.
