REGISTRATION INFORMATION

  • Early Bird Regular Registration is $745.00 for Active Members and $645 for Alumna and Platinum Members and is available until March 31, 2025 at 11:59pm CST..
  • The regular registration period extends from April 1st at midnight CST until April 21st at 11:59pm CST. The cost is $820 for Active Link, Alumna, and Platinum Members.
  • Registration will not be accepted after April 21, 2025.
  • Please review acknowledgements carefully for accuracy. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours of submission, please email support@viprllc.com.

 

 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • Credit Card Payment will be accepted for all registrations.  Registrations fees will appear on statements as “Event Registration for Vision Plan Results (ViPR, LLC).”  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card will be accepted.

 

 

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Central Area Treasurer, Link Kimberly Yelverton, (Treasurer@centralarealinks.org) on or before April 15, 2025, by 11:59 pm. (CST).

  • For the 48th Central Area Conference, for active Link members, a minimum of $573 ($200 processing fee + 50% base registration fee) will be deducted from the paid registration. Alumna/Platinum:  $448 minimum

  • All refunds will be issued a minimum of 30 days after the conclusion of the conference. 

  • Refund requests received via email after April 15, 2025, by 11:59 p.m. (CST) will not be accepted. 

  • We will not ship any conference items.

REGISTRATION SUBSTITUTIONS

Registration substitutions will only be allowed when a chapter needs to substitute either a delegate or an alternate.  Requests for substitutions must be made in writing and signed by the Chapter President.  

Exceptions

Under no circumstances will more than 50% of a paid registration plus processing fee will be refunded to an individual who experiences illness, death, act of God or unforeseen circumstances that preclude their attendance at the conference.  All exceptions are left to the discretion of the Area Director.
