A thriving organizational culture doesn't develop by chance; it is intentionally designed, nurtured, and measured. In this session, "Organizational Culture: DNA for Success,"participants will explore the core components that create a strong culture and understand how that culture serves as the foundation for sustained success.
Through real-world examples and interactive activities, participants will examine how culture is embedded in a company’s systems—such as communication channels, decision-making protocols, and feedback loops—as well as its structures, which include team configurations, leadership roles, and governance models. Additionally, participants will learn about the measures used to assess culture, from performance metrics to engagement data.
The session will also highlight the critical connection between organizational culture and individual success. Participants will reflect on how their own values, behaviors, and mindsets align with their organization's culture and how to navigate any misalignment or lead cultural change.
