Meg DeLoatch is an award-winning Hollywood veteran who’s written and produced a variety of hit shows during her career. She was awarded a 2020 NAACP Image Award and nominated for a 2020 Writers Guild Award for Netflix Family Reunion, the multi-generational family series she created and serves as executive producer. Meg assembled one of the first all-black writers rooms to authentically voice the multi-generational family in the Netflix comedy series. The all-star cast includes Tia Mowry-Hardrict (Sister Sister, Instant Mom), Anthony Alabi (Raven’s Home, Insecure), and Emmy winner Loretta Devine (Grey’s Anatomy, The Carmichael Show) who plays the loving but strict matriarch of the family, M’Dear. Richard Roundtree guest stars as Grandpa.
