Autumn Page Prather is the co-founder and CEO of The Mother & Daughter Experience , a 501 (c) 3 organization that promotes the sacred bonds between mothers and daughters, so that relationships are enhanced now and for generations to come.
Autumn is a passionate leader, with over 24 years of professional experience in the financial and insurance sectors. She is a 1997 Cum Laude graduate of Tennessee State University with a degree in Business Administration. She has been employed at UBS Financial Services, Inc. for over 15 years and is currently a Senior Business Analyst in the Investment Bank division.

Ms. Prather was initiated into the Alpha Psi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc, in 1995 and is a 1998 charter member of Upsilon Psi Omega Chapter. She has served as Chapter President, Boule and South Eastern Regional Conference Committee Chairman and is currently a part of the “Excellence Administration” as a member of the International HBCU Task Force Committee. Throughout her 25 years in Alpha Kappa Alpha, Autumn was a Nashville ATHENA Award nominee, a “President of the Year” Award recipient, has facilitated several leadership workshops and provided the keynote address at various events. In 2014, she also chartered The Vine Legacy Affinity Chapter of The Tennessee State University National Alumni Association and in 2020, Autumn served as a Judge for The Nashville Athena Awards.

Autumn Page Prather is the proud mother of two children and enjoys motivational speaking, event planning, serving the community, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
