This committee is responsible for developing the criteria for a theme for the 2023 Teen Leadership Conference. In addition, this committee will be responsible for presenting up to three (3) ideas for consideration as the 2023 Teen Leadership Conference theme. There will be a maximum of 25 teens selected.
