The board is presided over by the Teen Advisory Board Chair. Per the JJOA National Policies & Procedures manual Policy 11.2 the Teen Judicial Board consists of the Regional Officers, teen officers, and others as appointed by the Regional Director. Per the SER RD, the RTA and the appointed members of the Teen Advisory Board are also included. The Teen Advisory Board Chair will review the Teen Code of Ethics in Plenary I. ALL OFFENSES MUST BE REPORTED TO THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR.
