Michelle is currently the Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer – Pharmaceutical Segment at Cardinal Health. In this role, Michelle is responsible for leading the IT function for the Pharmaceutical segment, including IT strategy, execution, and operations.

Prior to joining Cardinal Health, Michelle was the Vice President, Information Technology for Masco Corporation based in Livonia, Michigan. She developed and led Masco’s enterprise-wide IT strategy for shared services, information security, “Cloud First/Cloud Right” and Data Analytics initiatives.

Previously, Michelle was the Vice President, IT Business Partner – Global Functions at Johnson Controls, Inc (JCI).

Prior to joining Johnson Controls, Inc, she was the Director of Business Infrastructure for Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications. In this role, she managed the Business Infrastructure organization within Corporate IT. Michelle was on an expatriate assignment in Lund, Sweden.

Michelle serves on the board for Goodwill of Southeastern Wisconsin, Detroit Public Television (DPTV) and Calibr, a global leadership network that offers career and professional development, community service opportunities and points of connectivity for business professionals.

Michelle is a member of Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF). ITSMF is the only national organization dedicated exclusively to fostering upper-level African American executive talent among IT professionals, the ITSMF Women’s Leadership Forum and the Advisory Board for Michigan Council of Women in Technology (MCWT). Michelle is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
