Description

Under the theme Black to the Future, this powerful, hands-on session equips our teens with life-saving skills that prepare them to lead in moments that matter most. “Save a Life, Shape Our Future” emphasizes that leadership is not only about vision it is about readiness, responsibility, and the courage to act.

Participants will receive active CPR training, learning proper chest compressions, response techniques, and emergency protocols for cardiac events on land. Through guided instruction and practice, teens will gain confidence in their ability to respond effectively in critical situations.

In alignment with JJ Swims, this session will also incorporate essential water safety education. Teens will learn key drowning prevention strategies, safe rescue awareness, and the fundamentals of responding to water-related emergencies. By emphasizing both land and water safety, this experience reinforces the importance of preparedness in every environment.

This training goes beyond certification, it builds confidence, awareness, and a culture of safety. By equipping our youth with CPR and water safety skills, we are empowering them not only to protect themselves, but to potentially save the lives of others.
