Aligned with our theme, Black to the Future, this initiative reminds us that building a stronger future begins with meeting today’s needs. In partnership with United Way of Broward County, our teens will assemble 250–300 Student Weekend Snack Packs (for every 50 volunteers) filled with
nonperishable items such as macaroni and cheese bowls, cereal bars, fruit cups, and pretzels.
These snack packs will support students served by United Way’s Community Partnership Schools of Broward County, helping ensure children have reliable nourishment over the weekend and throughout the school year. By addressing food insecurity, we help remove barriers to learning, improve academic outcomes, and strengthen overall student well-being.
Through this hands-on service experience, our teens will see that leadership is rooted in action. Fueled by SERvice, they are not just packing food, they are investing in the stability, opportunity, and future success of other children in our community.
